a think-piece on ai

it’s actually so insane to me that people still don’t understand how crazy the internet is. i’ve lived 18 years and only realized now that when you ask the right questions and you go deep enough down the rabbit hole, the internet can be an ocean of endless possibility and endless opportunities. we haven’t even scratched the surface and already we’re letting ai take over.

i bet that if you scroll further than just the first results page, and draw your eyes away from that fuckass google ai overview, everything you’re asking chatgpt to generate, the internet has already created the platform to do it, and probably better and less eerie-looking, and also without gluttonously chugging eight bottles of water per prompt (FLOWERS ARE BLOOMING IN ANTARCTICA!!!!) or GENERATING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

we need to stop paying for chatgpt pro to generate fake pictures for us and start paying real people to paint and to draw. they’re taking away the most precious thing we have — human connection — and shoving robots down our throats. WE MUST REBEL. WE MUST RESIST. SHUT DOWN THE BOTS.
